Searle Partners With Ned University Of Engineering & Technology For Urban & Infrastructure Development Project
November 8, 2021: The Searle Company Limited is supporting NED University of Engineering & Technology in the Urban & Infrastructure Development Project. Searle also intends to establish a novel state-of-the-art research facility called Rashid Abdulla Research Centre for the engineering students of NED University to accelerate research discoveries into innovative technologies and commercial realities.
An event was held at the NED University. This event was attended by The Searle Company’s Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Syed Nadeem Ahmed and the honorable Vice Chancellor of NED University of Engineering & Technology, Dr. Sarosh Hashmat Lodi. Other participants in the event from NED University included Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tufail, Prof. Dr. Adnan Qadir, Prof. Dr. Asad Ur Rehman Khan, Prof. Dr. Saad Ahmed Qazi and Mr. Ghazanfar Hussain. October 28, 2021: The School of Business Studies (SBS), IBA Karachi, signed an agreement with The Searle Company, at the IBA Main Campus, to establish “Rashid Abdulla Consumer Neuroscience Lab”. The ceremony was attended by The Searle Company’s Group MD & CEO, Dr. S. Nadeem Ahmed, while IBA was represented by the Executive Director, IBA, Dr. S. Akbar Zaidi.
“Rashid Abdulla Consumer Neuroscience Lab” will transform consumer research and collection of data through knowledge and understanding of neuro-marketing and behavioral research. This is a huge opportunity for academics and practitioners to get unbiased responses in real time to enable an accurate depiction of buying behavior.

Agreement Reached To Set Up Standard Lab For Gemstones
On January, 7 2021, Governor Shah Farman had a joint meeting with the gemstone dealers in Peshawar and with the Chief Executive Officer of International Brands Limited (IBL) Dr. Syed Nadeem Ahmed at the Governors House. The participants of the meeting agreed to establish standard testing, cutting and polishing laboratory to increase the quantity and quality of gemstones in the country, especially Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. IBL showed interest in establishing the same in Pakistan.
Besides other participants, Trade Commissioner of Embassy of Belgium, Abid Hussain, and a representative of PM Task Force on gemstones, also attended the meeting. – The News

December 30, 2020: The School of Business Studies (SBS), IBA Karachi signed an MOU with IBL Healthcare at the G&T Auditorium, IBA Main Campus. The ceremony was attended by IBL Group’s Managing Director (MD), Dr. Syed Nadeem Ahmed. IBA was represented by Dean SBS and Associate Professor Marketing, Dr. Wajid H. Rizvi and Chairperson and Assistant Professor Marketing, Dr. Farah Naz Baig.

Hrd Antwerp, Ibl Group Delegation Call On Pm
In April 2019, a delegation of HRD Antwerp and IBL Group called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad on Wednesday.
HRD Antwerp is Europe’s leading authority in grading of diamonds.
Professor Dr. Atta-Ur-Rehman accompanied the delegation, while Finance Advisor Dr. Abdul Hafeez Sheikh and Commerce Advisor Abdul Razak Dawood were also present.
The Prime Minister welcomed the interest of HRD Antwerp and said that the government will provide every possible support for the successful business venture.
Searle And Belourthe – Joint Venture
In February 2018, Embassy of Pakistan Brussels, Belgium published a post about the joint venture of Searle & Belourthe SA, Belgium.
The joint venture will focus on manufacturing of Nutraceuticals that allows Searle to rapidly ramp up its Nutraceutical business and to scale up its new production facility in Belgium.
